Tymtix Return Policy
This Return Policy will set out the terms and conditions governing the return of products purchased from Tymtix Technologies Private Limited (‘Tymtix) or through its authorized reseller or agent.
Tymtix ('we', 'us', 'our') is committed to excellence and we use state-of-the-art techniques in the manufacture and delivery of our every single product. However, on rare occasions, problem may arise due to inherent damage to the product(s), deficient packaging, wrong product(s) being delivered and the like. Such genuine errors will be remedied and the product(s) will be re-delivered to the user as quickly as possible.
1. WHEN ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR THE RETURN POLICY?
- The following criteria shall be applicable for eligibility of return of our product(s), under this return policy:
- The product(s) must be purchased from Tymtix or through its authorized reseller or agent.
- The return request must be raised within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery of the product(s).
- The returned product(s) must be accompanied with the original invoice. In the event we receive the returned product(s) without the original invoice, the product(s) will be re-delivered to you and the shipment charges will be recovered from you.
- The returned product(s) must not be tampered with or re-designed in any way. In the event we find that the product(s) have been tampered with, your return request will be revoked and your product(s) will be rendered unserviceable and the purchase price paid by you shall stand forfeited.
- The returned product(s) must reach our workshop/facility in the same packaging material used in the delivery of the product(s) to you.
- You may use the invoice sent to you through email for your reference and quote your invoice number contained therein, to track or receive updates about the product(s).
- Any product which is returned is subject to an assessment of our in-house product assessment team. In the event our product assessment team reports that any product is ineligible for any reason, including but not limited to the abovementioned reasons, the return policy will be rendered inapplicable to such product(s).
- The decision of our in-house product assessment team in this regard shall be final and binding.
2. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?
Tymtix’s return policy will result in any of the following in that order to the product being returned:
- Repair or Service of the product(s);
- Return or replacement of the product(s); and
- Refund of the purchase price.
2.1 Repair or Service of the Product:
- Our in-house product assessment team will review the extent of inherent damage in the returned product and confirm whether the damage is serviceable. Please note that the repair of product(s) may take 2 (two) to 4 (four) weeks from the date of receipt of the product(s). An intimation containing a summary of the nature, extent and the estimated date of delivery of the repaired product(s) will be sent to you through your registered email address.
- Tymtix reserves the absolute right and discretion in determining the extent and cause of repair of the product(s) and the user acknowledges such assessment of the Company to be final and binding. Repairing the product can involve using new or refurbished parts. Tymtix do not charge any fees for any repairs it undertakes, which are caused due to an inherent defect in the manufacturing process. Further, Tymtix deliver the repaired product(s) free of cost.
2.2 Return or Replacement of the Product:
In the event, the inherent damage to the product(s) is beyond repair you will be eligible for the replacement of your returned product with a new or refurbished product.
2.3 Refund
Our obligations and your eligibility to avail the benefits under this return policy will be determined by our product assessment team. If the product(s) cannot be repaired and/or replaced as determined by our in-house product assessment team, we may provide you a credit note equivalent to the amount of purchase price of product(s) paid by you in lieu of refund, which you may claim/ utilize within the time-line specified thereunder. In the alternate, at our sole option and discretion, we may provide a refund of the purchase price of the product(s) paid by you if the product(s) cannot be repaired and/or replaced as determined by our in-house product assessment team.
2.4 Please note that the above 3 (three) steps (under Clause 2.1 to 2.3) are to be complied in seriatim and must mandatorily follow one another.
2.5 We will keep you updated about the refund status of your returned product(s) from the date of receipt of the same at our workshop/ facility. We initiate the refund procedure within 3 (three) business days of submission of eligibility report by the product assessment team
3. MODE OF RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS
3.1 You may return the product(s) in the following manner:
- Return through our Website www.tymtix.com - In the event the product(s) delivered to you is defective or damaged or is of the wrong description, please return the same with the original invoice and in the same packaging with which you had received it originally. Please note that prior to return, you must contact our customer care executives on support@tymtix.com (email address) and inform them about the return of the product(s). Our customer care team will assist you by providing the necessary details for the return of the product. We will not accept any product(s) returned without the prior intimation being made to our customer care team.
- Return through Self Shipment - We have reverse pick-up services for certain pin-codes. In the event reverse pick up facility is not available for your address, you are requested to return the product(s) to the following address:

4. DISCLAIMER
Please note that Tymtix do not make any warranty as to the completeness, quality, timeline, for delivery of our product(s) under this return policy. Further, we disclaim any/all liabilities for damages arising out of improper use, misuse, abuse or any damages caused due to the normal wear and tear of the product(s), damage to other parts (including tires) of an automobile in which the product is installed, earthquake, floods or any other natural calamity or expenses including but not limited to courier charges and legal fees. Notwithstanding the factors mentioned and the timelines specified herein, our maximum liability under this return policy is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) paid by you.

5. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This return policy shall be subject to the applicable laws in India. The courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all or any disputes arising out of this return policy.
