Return and Replacement Policy

At we offer a 7-day replacement policy only in case of a rare occasion where you have received a wrong product or damaged product. In order to be eligible for a replacement, you must connect within us at within 7 days of receiving the product.

After we receive your complaint, our team of professionals might connect with you and ask for additional information like images, etc. Post that we will send our delivery partner to collect the product. The product must match with the images shared by you (if any) and should be returned in the original packaging only. If the product is returned without proper packaging or if wrong product returned, no replacement will be provided. If the product is damaged due to inadequate packaging, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a replacement.
